Self Love: Radical unconditional love for yourself. Unconditional love with non-judgemental; no make wrong, no guilt or shame. Compliment yourself, praise yourself, accept yourself each moment of this week.

Mindfulness Key; Take a moment or two during the day to pause in silent stillness using an anchor of your choice, solar plexis.

Body Temple: Solar Plexis, Pranamaya Kosha

Philosophy Focus; Niyama, Tapas – Self-Discipline

This week enjoy an overview on the Veda-Vedanta ancient yogic philosophy 

Asana Lesson; Choreography, sequencing & pace

Asana;

Analytics pranayama & floor poses; Belly breath, nadi shadhana, knees to chest/apanasan, half shoulder stand/salamba sarvangasana, plow/halasana, fish/matsyasana

Date & Time: Thursday  5:30-9:30 pm VIBE!

Location: John's Place 133 E 4800 S Murray, Utah 84107

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a yoga mat (We can sell you one for $20) water bottle, notebook, sweatshirt and/or blanket for savasana if needed, and snacks for breaks. Please no strong scents or artificial perfunes.

Prepare a short 3-6 pranayama practice to lead the class in.
