We have done a lot of sun salutation C and last week you watched an analytics video on surya namaskara C and we sent four individual analytic poses. We are practicing the warrior flow in our morning asana to get you familiar with this standing poses flow, which is our next asana focus. Keep up the great work and remember to love yourself through everything, forgive yourself for everything. Be that softest place to land.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a yoga mat (We can sell you one for $20) water bottle, notebook, sweatshirt and/or blanket for savasana if needed, and snacks for breaks. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start on time.
You can park on the street, in the back part of the lot, or across the street, there is a large free parking lot. Please do not park under the carports, that space is reserved for tenant parking only.
