200 Hour Teacher Training Week Three
Now you are a quite familiar with Surya Namaskar C, congratulations. We shared the Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) analytics video in week 2 and wanted to share the analytics for each individual pose... we are sharing mountain, forward fold, lunge and downdog this week. This week we are introducing the Warrior Flow in our in person immersion and will continue adding Warrior Flow in the morning asana practices.
Mindfulness Key; Use a heart-felt mantra or affirmation such as "Thank you" "I Am" to shift from thinking to being present moment awareness.
Philosophy; Raja Yoga, Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga
We have included an yin asana practice as well as a rapture meditation to enjoy.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a yoga mat (We can sell you one for $20) water bottle, notebook, sweatshirt and/or blanket for savasana if needed, and snacks for breaks. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
You can park on the street, in the back part of the lot, or across the street, there is a large free parking lot. Please do not park under the carports, that space is reserved for tenant parking only.
