Steps; Begin kneeling with body upright
* Shins and tops of feet (Or Toes)
* Knees hip width apart (Two fists)
* Hips stacked over knees
* Hands on low back, fingers pointing down, shoulders in
* Lower body grounded, chest and heart to sky
* Buttocks relaxed, shoulders relaxed
* Slightly tuck tail bone to open up lumbar spine
* Bring hands to low back (Just below ribs) fingers pointing down, elbows in.
* Lift rib cage and chest to sky, opening heart, shoulder blades together, move hips forward to stack over knees.
*Bring head back slightly in line with spine, open neck #
* Maintain or invite more challenge below
* Reach one hand at a time down to grasp heels #
* Adjust hips over knees
Engage Bandhas, Breath
Coming Out of the Pose
Tuck your chin toward your chest and bring your hands to your hips with your thumbs at the sacrum. Engage your abs and use your hands to support your lower back as you come up slowly.
