Buzzing Bee

Position: Best in supine

- Gently cup the hands over the ears
- Inhale deeply and quietly
- Exhale with a long, smooth humming sound created in the vocal chords and sinuses.
- Repeat 5-10 times
- When done, rest in silence and sense the internal vibrations.
